ABSTRACT
Disinfection robots, which replace human efforts to disinfect the environment, are becoming popular due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. To address the existing problems of imperfect and costly automatic charging systems for disinfection robots, this paper designs an automatic charging system for disinfection robots based on structure-Aware semantic mapping, which optimizes the automatic charging scheme for robots and integrates LIDAR and infrared modules to achieve the goal. Firstly, the data is associated with the charging pile's priori information through structure perception, and the identified semantic information is mapped into the local map of the robot SLAM. Then the infrared module is used to adjust the position of the charging port to align with the charging pile, and TOF laser distance measuring function is also added to avoid damage to the charging pile from the disinfection robot. In 50 times of simulation experiments, our proposed automatic charging system achieves an accurate alignment rate of 96%. © 2022 IEEE.
ABSTRACT
Emergencies such as the COVID-19 and natural disasters have brought severe ordeals to the current grid emergency dispatch system, and there is an urgent need to improve and consummate the existing backup dispatch system. This paper firstly analyzes the existing three kinds of backup dispatch systems and their advantages and disadvantages, and then compares in detail the construction of national dispatch, provincial dispatch, and prefectural dispatch, and points out several existing problems of backup dispatch at all levels under the current emergency system. In order to gradually solve these problems, a backup dispatch system combining emergency and disaster recovery has been proposed based on the two-place three-center mode, it gradually realizes the prevention of risks from social security incidents such as public health incidents and serious natural disasters. © 2022 IEEE.
ABSTRACT
The coronavirus crisis has highlighted the need to accelerate the introduction of innovative technologies in the banking and financial system, expand sources of non-bank financing, increase financial literacy among the population, as well as develop more transparent mechanisms of social support for those in need. The article presents the importance of the transformation of banking services in Uzbekistan in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the issues of expanding the scope of remote banking services, the views and opinions of economists on them, the state of remote banking services in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, existing problems and methods their solutions, approaches and suggestions. © 2021 ACM.
